Stephen Christensen<\/h2>\n

Mr. Christensen has over 40 years of documented success in overseeing all phases of construction operations. He has directly managed projects exceeding $200.0M and programs exceeding $495.0M, and throughout his time has held positions as a project manager, division manager, CEO\/President, and construction advisor for over $9.2B of construction projects. His experience includes managing all facets of a successful construction company, managing multiple construction projects in both the traditional bid-build as well as the design-bid-build, and directly managing individual construction projects. Wade Douthit<\/h2>\n

Wade Douthit se desempe\u00f1a como presidente de AIS de la Infraestructura de los servicios del sitio. Se uni\u00f3 a la empresa como un asistente de proyecto en 2008. Blake Lewis currently serves as the Vice President of Construction Operations at AISI. He has more than 13 years of project and program management experience overseeing construction projects in federal, commercial, and industrial markets in the southeast United States. Throughout his career, he has held positions as Superintendent, Project Manager, and General Superintendent and has provided executive\/direct leadership on projects ranging up to $70M, as well as programs up to $200M. Greg Thornton<\/h2>\n

Phil Picone currently serves as the Vice President of Assets, bringing more than 40 years of experience within the heavy civil construction, mining, rail, and offshore sectors across the US. Specializing in full-lifecycle asset management, he has advanced through a variety of key roles, including Master Mechanic, Equipment Superintendent, Regional Equipment Manager, and Equipment Director. Rodney Whisenhunt<\/h2>

Rodney L. Whisenhunt joined AIS Infrastructure in November 2025 as CBP Border Work Operations Manager, bringing more than four decades of experience in the heavy civil construction and infrastructure industry. Before joining the team, he served as Senior Program Manager overseeing Nuclear Weapons Survivability Line-Item projects for Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He has also led and delivered complex Department of Energy projects at Pantex, Texas, and the Waste Isolation Pilot Plant in Carlsbad, New Mexico.<\/p>\n

Over his 40+ year career, Rodney has been involved in more than $6 billion in construction and engineering projects spanning highways, bridges, airports, dams, tunnels, monorails, DOE\/NNSA nuclear facilities, power plants, hazardous materials facilities, renewable energy developments and large-scale site development initiatives. His expertise and leadership have made a lasting impact on some of the nation\u2019s most critical infrastructure and energy projects.<\/p>\n

Rodney earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Arizona and is a licensed Professional Engineer in three states. He is widely respected for his technical knowledge, his project leadership and his dedication to mentoring teams in complex environments.<\/p>\n

I moved from Jacksonville Florida to Pensacola, Fl and opened the Gulf Coast Reginal Office for HPA in 2001. Most of the projects that I was involved in, for HPA was Federal projects for either the Navy, USACE or NASA but also was involved in several projects for the South Florida Water Management District. Some of the projects included a 60 MGD expansion on the Alexander Orr WTP in Miami, ENR Pump Stations for SFWMD in Palm Beach Co., $ 28 million IOP Emergency Project for the USACE designed and built in 90 days in Dade County, Design Build Joint Aquatic Combat Diver Training Facility and the Littoral Warfare Training Facility for the Navy in Panama City, FL, Merrit Pump Stations and Faka Union Pump Stations in Naples, FL that restored the Picayune Strand area from a  drained and partially developed area to previously existing conditions with sheet flow of stormwater into the Everglades and B2 Test Stand renovation and expansion at Stennis Space Center. HPA closed their office in Pensacola in 2021 and my position was eliminated. I got my Certified General Contractor\u2019s license in 2021 but started a new position in January 2022 as Sr. Preconstruction Services Manager for Wharton-Smith Inc. in Pensacola, FL, then moved back into operations in 2023 as Area Manager for AIS Infrastructure at Tyndall AFB in April 2023. Paul Wetzstein<\/h2>\n

Paul Wetzstein serves as West Coast Maintenance Manager at AIS Infrastructure, bringing 32 years of experience in the mining and heavy equipment industry, including more than 16 years in supervisory roles. He built his career at Falkirk Mine, Coyote Creek Mine, and Butler Machinery, working his way up from field service and OTR truck mechanic to maintenance supervisor and manager. Along the way, Paul led the planning and execution of major equipment outages, including work on Marion 8400, P&H 4100 Boss, and 8750 dragline systems. He prioritizes safety above all else, maintaining a record of zero personal lost-time accidents throughout his career, and he brings that same standard to every team he leads. Paul has managed maintenance budgets, vendor relationships, and staffing while developing his teams’ technical skills through hands-on mentorship. Chris Nieve<\/h2>\n

Chris Snow joined AIS Infrastructure in 2022 as the East Coast Maintenance Manager. He is a veteran of the United States Army, and for the past 20 years, worked at a Caterpillar dealership and performed many different roles. A master tech, Chris served as supervisor, service manager, and product support representative working with customers to build relationships focused on immediate service needs and long-term problem-solving. He believes in creating and promoting a safe working environment for his employees, and in his previous role worked with the leadership team on creating an operating budget and cost control to meet financial objectives. Chris has been a part of several leadership and safety programs throughout his career and has experience stepping into roles and quickly making positive changes to drive company success.
