Louis Burns, PE., CCM. became the Vice President of Construction Operations at AIS Infrastructure in June 2024. Between 1995 – 2024, Louis Burns worked as a P.E. (design), Superintendent, Construction Manager, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Project Executive, and the Divisional Vice President – Large Projects Group – Alternative Delivery for a Fortune 200 global engineering and construction company, his division contributed $4 billion USD to the company’s annual financial goals. As Vice President of Construction Operations at AISI he will oversee the planning, design, and phases of all projects. Louis will also take the role of negotiating contracts in favor of the company, manage the financial resources for the company projects, and proactively identify potential risks and challenges teams may face. His extensive knowledge and experience in the construction field makes him an invaluable asset to AIS Infrastructure.
