Bobbi Spears brings more than 20 years of Human Resource (HR) experience to AIS Infrastructure. She is a Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), as well as a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR). The Georgia native began her career with AIS Infrastructure in 2015 in safety and risk management and helped establish the company’s Human Resource department the following year. A servant-leader who concentrates mainly on the development and well-being of AIS Infrastructure’s employees, as well as on the community to which she belongs, Bobbi is experienced in strategic HR planning, performance management, recruiting, employment contract negotiations, employee benefits, compensation and payroll, training and development, management coaching, and federal and state law compliance.
