Larry Keller has more than 40 years of demonstrated performance overseeing construction operations of site development projects consisting of heavy civil earthwork, underground utilities, and concrete construction of all types, with a project portfolio that exceeds $1 billion. He has extensive experience in specialty areas including deep excavations, excavation support shoring systems, coffer cells, coffer dams, marine construction, subsurface and marine dewatering operations, and ground slope stabilization systems. A proud United States Air Force Veteran, Larry holds personal credentials as a Licensed Qualifying Agent for both General Contractor and Specialized Utility/WTP/WWTP Construction Licensing in Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Florida.
