Scope of Work:

AIS Infrastructure was the General Site Contractor and handled all aspects of site development. AIS Infrastructure handled every part of construction up to five feet of the finished building.  This project had an aggressive schedule and numerous milestones; every milestone was met.

Details:

• 100 acres of clearing and grubbing
• 798,000 cubic yards of excavation
• Designed and installed 23,370 square feet of modular block retaining walls 20’ to 50’ high
• Installed 20,756 linear feet of storm drain
• Installed 16,638 linear feet of  water line
• Installed 12,797 linear feet of sanitary sewer line
• Constructed 44,585 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter
• Placed 58,321 tons of stone base and paved 142,423 square yards of asphalt
• Erosion and sediment control installation and maintenance
• Installed all landscaping, hardscape, irrigation, site lighting and electrical
