• 457,000 cubic yards of excavation
• 11,160 linear feet of storm drain system
• 10,774 linear feet of sanitary sewer and water system
• 27,810 linear feet of curb and gutter
• 76,434 square yards of asphalt paving
• 11,000 square feet of modular retaining wall
• Constructed extensive underground water detention system, involving 2,000 linear feet of 96” corrugated metal pipe
