Scope of Work:

As  a Turnkey Site Contractor AIS Infrastructure provided all services for this retail development except vertical construction of the buildings.  The entire project was completed in 15 months, and every project milestone was met.

Details:

• Demolition of all existing structures (bridge, houses, barns, treatment plant)
• 100 acres of clearing and grubbing
• 1,157,846 cubic yards of excavation
• Erosion and sediment control installation and maintenance
• Installed 20,000 linear feet of storm drain from 18” through 72”
• Installed 14,000 linear feet of water supply, 12,700 linear feet of sewer line
• Installed 53,000 linear feet of curb and gutter, 71,400 LF of Sidewalk
• Paved 162,000 square yards of asphalt
• Performed design-build of retaining walls
• Provided all signage, striping, landscaping, irrigation, site electrical and lighting
