Brian Flanagan’s experience covers all aspects of contracting from the business side to engineering and construction.  Project procurements include bid-build, sole source negotiated projects and design-build projects.  Projects have ranged in size from $1M to $75M.  These projects include underground water and sewer systems, earth fill dams, cross country petroleum pipelines as well as levee construction, enhancement, and emergency repair.  Projects have included mass earthmoving, rock excavation, asphalt concrete paving and all types of underground pipeline construction.
