Mr. Van Antwerp has over 25 years of experience in the heavy civil, marine construction and environmental remediation segments.

His boots on the ground approach stems from working as a deckhand, equipment operator and field engineer early in his career. He has directly managed some of the most complex and challenging marine construction and environmental remediation projects in the US and Caribbean.

Later in his career, he expanded his roles by leading the development of profitable marine construction and dredging companies. He has worked as a consultant for acquisitions and as an expert witness.

Raymond is a determined leader and committed to developing high performance teams. To continuously improve operations, he utilizes proven construction fundamentals while implementing new technologies to increase production. His extensive experience in heavy civil, marine construction, dredging and coal ash / CCR environmental remediation projects provides tremendous insight for developing best value solutions for our customers.
