Chris Snow joined AIS Infrastructure in 2022 as the asset manager. He is a veteran of the United States Army, and for the past 20 years, worked at a Caterpillar dealership and performed many different roles. A master tech, Chris served as supervisor, service manager, and product support representative working with customers to build relationships focused on immediate service needs and long-term problem-solving. He believes in creating and promoting a safe working environment for his employees, and in his previous role worked with the leadership team on creating an operating budget and cost control to meet financial objectives. Chris has been a part of several leadership and safety programs throughout his career and has experience stepping into roles and quickly making positive changes to drive company success. In his role at AIS, he’s focused on using training, monitoring, and moral-building techniques to maximize employee engagement and performance.
