Doug Harris has more than 29 years of successful construction management experience overseeing multiple complex construction projects in the Federal, Commercial, Power, and Industrial markets. Throughout his career, he has held positions as Division Manager, Project Manager, Sr. Project Manager, and Operations Director, and has provided direct supervision and oversight on projects up to $100.0M. These projects included effectively managing contracts for the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers, General Services Administration, as well as multiple private sector clients. Doug is involved with all aspects of the construction industry, specializing in strategic planning, contract negotiations, bid proposals, estimating, risk assessment, resource management, budgeting, cost projections, purchasing, subcontracts, and procurement.
