Mackenzie Passalacqua has 9 years of experience in federal proposal development, and writes, develops, reviews, and manages proposal efforts for all AIS Infrastructure and BCSS Federal pursuits. She has written winning proposals for the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Department of Homeland Security & Customs and Border Protection (DHS/CBP), U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), and the U.S. Air Force (USAF), to name a few. Having prepared proposals for projects across the United States, U.S. Territories and Europe, Mackenzie brings a wealth of knowledge in heavy civil construction, infrastructure, vertical construction, maintenance, and improvement services to the team.
