Scope of Work:

AIS Infrastructure provided clearing, grubbing, mass grading, drainage installation, erosion control, and site preparation services for Continental Tire’s manufacturing facility development in Clinton, Mississippi. The project encompassed approximately 915 acres across two separate parcels.

• 915-acre project site
• 635 acres of clearing and grubbing
• 5.2 million cubic yards of earth moved
• 13,000 linear feet of storm drain installation
• 17,000 feet of French drain installation
• Installation of erosion control measures and detention ponds
• Development of a 225-acre borrow area
• Installation of 500 acres of permanent grassing
• On-site vegetation removal and processing
