Laredo-Yuma Joint Processing Center

Scope of Work:

AIS Infrastructure delivered a large-scale design-build Joint Processing Center for DHS/CBP, constructing a secure, mission-critical facility with integrated architectural, structural, and MEP systems. The project included major earthwork, road and utility installation, stormwater management, and construction of an approximately 300,000-square-foot high-security facility.

Details:

• Completed approximately 750,000 cubic yards of earthwork.
• Constructed access roads, parking areas, drainage systems, and utility infrastructure.
• Managed federal compliance, project safety, and documentation requirements throughout construction.
• Delivered integrated architectural, structural, and MEP systems for a secure federal processing facility.
