Pirelli Tire

Scope of Work:

AIS Infrastructure was the General Site Contractor and handled all aspects of site development for Pirelli’s tire manufacturing facility. AIS Infrastructure handled every part of construction up to five feet of the finished building.

Details:

• 70 acres of clearing and grubbing
• 1,000,000 cubic yards of excavation
• 800,000 square feet of finished building pad
• 29,330 tons of graded aggregate base placed
• Erosion and sediment control installation and maintenance
• Installed all underground utilities including storm water control
• Installed all concrete curb and gutter, as well as base and asphalt paving
• Installed all landscaping, hardscape, irrigation, site electrical and lighting
