Walmart.com Distribution Center

Scope of Work:

AIS Infrastructure was the General Site Contractor and handled all aspects of site development for this Walmart.com distribution center. AIS Infrastructure handled every part of construction up to five feet of the finished building.

Details:

• 120 acres of clearing and grubbing
• 950,000 cubic yards of excavation
• 1.2 million square foot finished building pad
• 44,000 tons of aggregate base placed
• Erosion and Sediment Control installation and maintenance
• Installed all underground utilities including storm water control
• Installed all concrete curb and gutter, as well as base and asphalt paving
• Provided all landscaping, hardscape, irrigation, site electrical and lighting
