Tory Passalacqua has more than 10 years of project and program management experience overseeing construction projects in federal, commercial, and industrial markets. Throughout his career, he has held positions as project manager, sr. project manager, and program manager, and has provided direct supervision on projects up to $50.0M, as well programs of up to $200.0M. These include the management and coordination of complex cross-functional projects as both an owner’s representative and prime contractor for both traditional bid-build and design-build contracts for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Department of Homeland Security, U.S. State Department, General Services Administration, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, as well as multiple Private Sector clients. Tory is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has extensive knowledge and expertise in all aspects of project management including scope development and management, scheduling, budgeting and cost management, quality management, risk assessment and mitigation, resource management, procurement and contracting, estimating, and stakeholder engagement.
